Refund and Returns Policy

 

Refunds

NOTE: I don’t process refunds for the following reason:

The customer does not like the product (fabric, design)

  • Change of mind
  • Does not fit
  • Return order (wrong/insufficient address, refuse, addressee unknown, etc)

Please check details/size chart before purchase. 

Important:

For tracked orders, we cannot send a replacement or refund once the tracking shows delivered and you claim was not received unless the delivery address is incorrect.

Replacement

The products I sell are printed and processed by humans, therefore as much as I want to have a 100% error-free production, there is sometimes an issue. 

I will accept the following reason below for a replacement:

  • Wrong order received ( e.g., size, colour, print )
  • Lost in transit ( if it is more than the time frame we have for the area )
  • Faulty items ( e.g., seams destroyed, poor print quality ) Sublimation [Please take a picture of the fault and send it with your order number, name and address, explaining fault.]

Request for replacement and a refund should be STRICTLY WITHIN 2 WEEKS TIME FRAME ONLY from the date you received the order or for loss in transit 1-2 months only from the time shipped.

Cancelation & order update

The print partner I work with has a time frame for the processing which is 3-5 business days.

These are only average time frames they may be able to process and ship the orders as early as the 1st business day.  I highly recommend requesting updates within 24hrs from the time the order was received.

  • Cancellation is only possible if the order has not been printed yet.
  • Order update (only for size & colour) is only possible if the order has not been printed yet.
  • Change of design and/or item requests is not possible.
  • Shipping address update is only possible if the order has not been shipped yet.

Exchange

I don’t offer an exchange because you don’t like the product, design, size, etc.

As a small business I cannot accept exchanges and replace them for free. As much as we want to, the expenses of this process is not healthy for us as a small business. So I ask you to please check details/sizing before purchase.

We want you to be happy with your purchase.  It is important as our customer that I let you know about this policy to avoid dissatisfaction and wrong expectation.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Customised
  • Downloadable software products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the address on the packaging from the print partner without first contacting us.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: [An address will be emailed to you]

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
