Return policy

If you’re not happy with an item, you can return it to me in the original packaging, retaining proof of postage  and in a saleable condition within 14 days of the item being delivered to your nominated address. I do not offer exchanges. on any of my items. Please return the item in its original packaging, unused, and if relevant with tags still attached. Please do re-use the delivery packaging provided if need be.

I cannot refund personalised, intimate, perishable or time critical goods. Please see the following list for some non-exhaustive examples:

  • Goods which have been altered, or personalised to a customer’s specification;
  • Event tickets;
  • For hygiene reasons we do not accept the return of: beauty items including toiletries, cosmetics, pierced jewellery;
  • Any other items which are unsaleable once they have been used, for health and safety or hygiene reasons; and
  • e-vouchers and Gift Cards.

This does not apply to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods where your statutory rights are unaffected.

Where promotional discounts are applied to orders, the discount will be applied to each item in the basket. In the event of a return, you will not be refunded the discounted proportion. Additionally any free promotional gift given with an order must also be returned if you are returning those goods to which the gift related.

How to Return:

Please return the item to me within 14 days to receive a full refund minus shipping costs. 25 days for international customers. If you notify me about your return for refund but do not return the goods to me, I reserve the right to deduct the cost incurred by me in attempting to recover the goods, from any refund you are owed.

Please note that your return costs will not be reimbursed. Postage or other return costs will be your responsibility and will be reimbursed by PhatGrrl only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

You must ensure that you return the original undamaged packaging along with the item/s you are unhappy with. The goods must be returned in a saleable condition. I will consider the condition of the goods being returned before deciding whether to make a refund.

None of the above refund terms affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied nor does it affect your rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.

NOTICE – Returns due to wrong shipping address

If by chance your package is returned to PhatGrrl due to an incorrect shipping address or through no fault of PhatGrrl, I am happy to resend with an additional charge for shipping.

If preferred I will also refund your money with a deduction, full or partial for postal costs already made including shipping charges for packaging.  Please check your shipping address for errors UK or International customer and please find out why the post office returned the package prior to asking for it to be resent. Please ensure your details for shipping are correct at the time of ordering. Thank you.
