I will make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales. However delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors or events outside my control, for example extreme weather. PhatGrrl shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered to you.
I will notify you of the delivery cost at checkout. For custom made items or special delivery items arranged between myself and you, the customer a separate communication of delivery cost may be made.
You can have goods from the same order shipped to multiple addresses, to a maximum of four. Select this option at checkout and click on the ‘Edit’ buttons in your shopping basket to select an address for each item. Please ensure that the address’s added are correct. I do not take responsibility for the way you input the information into the shipping form.
If, for any reason, you wish to cancel any order you have placed before it has been delivered and it has not been dispatched, please contact PhatGrrl email@example.com
As it is my policy to try to process orders immediately it may not always be possible to stop an order from being dispatched. After dispatch my Returns Policy will apply. I am not able to refund outward postage costs. Please note that your right to return goods does not apply to certain products.
I am unable to accept order cancellations for personalised, perishable or time critical goods. Please see the following list for some non-exhaustive examples:
Shipping to multiple addresses
You can have goods from the same order shipped to multiple addresses. Select this option at checkout and click on the ‘Edit’ buttons in your shopping basket to arrange an address for each item.
Please note that if you select multiple delivery addresses, the delivery charge will be applied to each delivery.
Shipping the package is within three working days.
I do not accept any liability for delayed deliveries caused by any third party or by fire, flood or mechanical breakdown. I do not accept any liability for incorrect postcodes or house names or numbers leading to deliveries to incorrect addresses, so please ensure you enter information correctly please.
We can deliver to most UK postcodes but there are exceptions in the Highlands and Islands.
My gift packaging and message service will ensure your gift is the perfect present. If you are buying a gift for someone special you can get your items beautifully gift wrapped, I will also include a personalised message from you. You can order this service at check out and add to your basket for an additional fee.
Your presents can be wrapped together or individually and can be delivered to any address you choose within our delivery areas. For wrapping options and prices please see checkout page.
I ship within three to five days and attempt to get most orders out within two. Standard delivery to most UK postcodes takes two to five working days. Please be patient whilst waiting for your package. I am a one man (grrl) army, I do try hard to send things out swiftly. I work full time and it’s with children, so I am not always able to answer calls directly – but I will get back to you as I try hard to strive for customer satisfaction. I do not respond to emails on Sundays. Please allow longer for Shetland and Orkney (up to ten working days), and for the Scottish Highlands and Western Isles (up to six working days), International packages will be sent via AirMail and can take between 2-5 weeks depending on your location and shipping choice. Packages are not inclusive of insurance, please contact me if you would like to insure your items.
Most parcels/packages will be delivered by Royal Mail, unless otherwise arranged. If you require next day delivery signed for, I will invoice you the additional amount to pay.
Please be aware, that because I am a small business I do not work like big stores and will always try to do my best to deliver good customer service. I don’t work well to demands!
NOTICE – Returns due to wrong shipping address
If by chance your package is returned to PhatGrrl due to an incorrect shipping address or through no fault of PhatGrrl, I am happy to resend with an additional charge for shipping.
If preferred I will also refund your money with a deduction, full or partial for postal costs already made including shipping charges for packaging. Please check your shipping address for errors UK or International customer and please find out why the post office returned the package prior to asking for it to be resent. Please ensure your details for shipping are correct at the time of ordering. Thank you.
