A4 Thermofax Custom Screened Design

This listing is for the mesh with a duct tape surround.  If you wish to add a frame for an additional £2 please use the drop down below. 

A4 is not the conventional A4 size if using the frame: your image must be within 27.4cm x 18.5cm leaving a border 15mm around the edge of your design.

What you will receive:

• Thermofax screen in a plastic frame (if you choose the option below) with your custom design

What type of designs will I screen for you?

Anything which is legal, personal designs,  copyright free images from the public domain

Sizes given are actual print area inclusive of an approx 10mm border

Remember: a frame can be used 100+ times if you take care of it, this means that the possibilities are endless with how you choose to use it.   Guidelines on caring for your screen which will arrive with your screen.

 Use your screened image for:  your logo, greeting cards, labels, business cards, letter heads, soft toys, fabric dolls faces, totes, t shirts, bibs, baby wear, the list is endless.....

Submission of your image:

• Please use copyright free images/designs


• jpg file saved at 300 dpi if its low res the image will be blurry and the screen won’t be clear


• I will print a carbon image of your design.


• Grey or shaded areas do not burn well,  a high contrast design is best . The black areas in your design will take on the carbon from the photocopy or laser print, which once the screen is burned will be the area you will squeegee ink through when printing.


• The key is to make sure that you have good clean artwork and that there are no unwanted marks or blemishes on your image, which then transfer to the carbon copy and be replicated on burning the screen.  Make sure the only thing on the submitted jpg  is what you want replicated on your screen. I accept designs as is and if I feel it’s not going to work, I will email you rather than burn a screen that you won’t be able to use or which will have errors.
